I adore all things pearls and sparkles. This lovely necklace encompasses both of those attributes with pretty white pearls and sparkles from the rhinestones.
There is something so timeless about pearls. A pearl necklace has always been sentimental to me since it played a roll in my grandparent's first meeting. My grandmother accidentally broke here pearl necklace waiting at a bus stop with my grandfather after a dance. The pearls scattered everywhere and they found each other on their hands and knees scooping them up. Being the gentleman he was my grandfather offered to have the necklace repaired and in doing so asked for her number. They were married for 62 years before my grandfather passed away. Theirs' is a love story I aspire to someday emulate. But in the meantime I enjoy my pearls for the loveliness they add to any outfit.
