I recently started a new job working in the operating room which is completely different from floor nursing. I mean it is a complete one-eighty from what I am use to and I cannot tell you how excited I am! Since I am starting a new job, for Christmas one of my friends bought me this gorgeous planner to help me organize the new chapter in my life. The planner made my Rifle Paper Company is gorgeous and has everything I could hope for in a planner. Opening the pages of a new book or a lovely planner envelopes my senses with the heavenly scent of new parchment.
Along with this planner to help me start off my new career I also bought this lovely tote. In order to work in the OR my hospital requires a program that all nurses must go through. So I feel very much like I am back in school as I lug my books around. But this feminine tote gives me some joy as I walk the hospital halls with it on my arm. Not only large enough to carry my books it adds some feminity to my otherwise androgynous scrubs.
